Delivery Policy

Currently delivery may take up to 14 business days(Monday to Friday) to arrive at your address in Europe or the United States.

 We also have an Express Delivery service which takes 3-4 business days to arrive anywhere in the world. If for some reason your package did not arrive we will issue a refund or send a new one per for your request, please see our Refund Policy.

Refund Policy

Due to federal and local laws we will not be able to receive tester units back after they were dispatched, if for some reason your order didn't show up or got damaged - we will issue an immediate refund or send another package as per your request. You should also check your local exportation laws regarding Generic medication, some places might disallow such an export.

We will ask of you to first allow the 14 business days from the day of the order was sent to pass, After you did not receive the package or if you got notified by customs that your package was stalled or returned to the sender, email us and we will take care of your request promptly.
